We completed our 40 -Day Meditation focusing UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. By the end of it, we all loved the mantra, the music and felt we experienced a shift in what and how we practice unconditional love. So much so, we are going to do another 40 days of the same mantra, same music, same theme, After all, 40 days helps us break a pattern, and 90 days helps to integrate a new pattern or new learning. It is no coincidence that we chose to focus on unconditional love at this time. Many people are experiencing confusion and strife when it comes to acceptance and forgiveness—whether it be in our personal lives, professional lives or the external situations that land upon us.
Yet, when we come from an open heart, we can also see our opportunity to love all things into balance, joy, harmony and peace. This planet does not need more visions of desperation, separation, fear, doubt, and hate - it requires an abundance of love, especially unconditional love, to heal and restore the beauty contained in every moment. This becomes the easier path once we take the first step and begin to share our love.
When we bring unconditional love back into our personal, professional, community and family lives, we begin the journey of restoring wholeness and happiness to our planetary adventure. Of course it takes determined effort on our part as the old, outmoded and limited ways of being are quick to return in our mind. Our culture / society focuses on romantic love, but in this 40 days, we are focusing on unconditional love—the kind that brings in self-acceptance, self-forgiveness, self-compassion so that we are whole and peaceful within to love others, our pets and our planet. This effort to love is rewarded with a new perspective on everything and all life benefits as a result.
The past few years have focused on gratitude, hope, grace, flourishing, joy and all leads to unconditional love. Practicing unconditional love encompasses many avenues that we will explore throughout the 40 days, as we gather together in our hopeful community to practice each day with intention.

We have a beautifully designed system in our bodies called the Renewal Response. This is our antidote to the Stress Response. The renewal response is both activated by love and activates love. AND it takes intention and attention. Unconditional love begins with awareness, being with, and noticing your internal experience so that you can mount a healthy response to conflict or angst, and leads with acts of love and compassion. The ripple effect from your own response has significant impact on those around you, and who knows how much farther.
Join us from the comfort of your own home for Kundalini Meditation Practice. For those new and experienced with Kundalini Yoga, adopting a daily meditation helps to cultivate inner strength and joy. It helps establish inner peace and a state of flow and ease in your life. Open to anyone who wishes to be part of a community to be supported in their spiritual and conscious journey.
What will we do?
Each 30 minute practice begins with a tuning in mantra followed by 5 minutes of gentle yoga stretches, movement, breathwork and postures. The meditation will be 11 minutes. We end with a savasana and closing blessing.
Kundalini yoga is a powerful technology that is intended for everyone of all shapes, sizes and walks of life. Known as the yoga of awareness, each morning incorporates movement and postures, as well as breath work, relaxation and meditation. The combination of repetitive movement, breathing and relaxing helps to exercise our ‘ nervous system’ making us more resilient and energized to deal with the day to day stressors of life.

what to bring
Create your own sacred space in your home with candles, incense, momentos, diffuser, etc. Lay out your mat, bring a shawl or blanket, light some candles, make yourself some tea and come to the mat ready for your journey inward.
Writing Circle
For this 40 Day meditation, we are also adding a writing circle. We gather for 30 minutes after meditation Monday-Friday to write, share and connect. We end the 40 day circle with our Story Salon where we have the opportunity to share a piece of our writing.
