In this 90-minute group sessions, you will be invited to relax into receptive, meditative state. Erin will guide the group with visualization, and invite each participant to experience a journey inwards, experiencing the elements (earth, air, fire, and water) through a vibrational soundscape. This session is part of the weekend Sheer Joy Yoga and Meditation Retreat. Space is available for the retreat.
